一、项目简介
该项目由国家留学基金管理委员会设立，旨在充分发挥中国政府奖学金促进高校“双一流”建设的作用。项目采取“个人申请、院校推荐、专家评审、择优录取”的原则，选拔具有优秀学科背景、专业能力及未来发展潜力的国际学生。三峡大学具备该奖学金项目招生资格，可推荐符合要求的人选，最终录取结果以专家评审结果为准。
I. Program Introduction
Established by the China Scholarship Council (CSC), the program aims to give full play to the role of Chinese government scholarships in promoting the construction of "double first-class" universities. The program adopts the principle of "individual application, university recommendation, expert evaluation and selective admission" to select international students with excellent academic background, professional ability and future development potential. China Three Gorges University (CTGU) has the qualification to enroll students for the scholarship program, and can recommend candidates who meet the requirements. The final admission results are subject to the expert review results.
二、资助类别、期限及专业范围
2. 1 资助类别及学制
该项目仅资助硕士研究生、博士研究生。
2.2 资助期限包括中文补习（预科）和专业学习时间。中文补习（预科）资助期限一般为一年，专业学习资助期限原则上与基本修业年限一致。

II. Supporting Categories, Duration &Instruction Language
II.1 Supporting Categories
The scholarship supports master’s and doctoral students.
II.2 Duration
This Scholarship covers both major study and Chinese language (preparatory) study. The language courses last one year, whereas the duration of the scholarship for major study conforms to that as required.

三、资助内容和标准
3.1 资助内容
包括学费、住宿费、生活费和综合医疗保险费。
3. 2 资助标准
3.2.1 免学费；
3.2.2 提供免费宿舍或发放住宿补贴（适用于申请校外住宿获批的学生）；
3.3生活费：
硕士研究生：3,000元人民币/月
博士研究生：3,500元人民币/月
3.4 综合医疗保险费：800元人民币/人/年
III. Scholarship Coverage & Criteria
3.1 Scholarship Coverage
The scholarship covers tuition fee, dormitory fee, stipend and comprehensive medical insurance fee.
3.2 Criteria
3.2.1 Free Tuition fees;
3.2.2 Free university dormitory or accommodation subsidy if the students were approved to live outside campus;
3.3 Stipend:
Master’s students: CNY 3,000 per month;
Doctoral students: CNY 3,500 per month.
3.4 Comprehensive medical insurance: CNY 800 per person per year;
